A CRM that matches what customers said.

Steery’s CRM mission compares each open deal with what customers last said in email, calls and meetings. It finds deals that are out of date and proposes the exact changes to each deal’s owner. It writes to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Attio only after that owner’s Go.

Waitlist: 100 places. Your agents run on your own Claude Code, Codex or omp plan.

How it actually works

No new SaaS. Your own Claude Code does the work.

It runs on your machine and your plan, with the MCP servers and CLIs you already use. Steery is the control plane on top: it keeps the work organized and brings you only the calls that matter.

  1. Your agent

    Claude Code, Codex or omp

Does the work on your machine, with your own MCPs and CLIs:

  2. Steery

    A shared mission table

One table of every item, its owner and its state, shared by your team and its agents. News from your tools wakes your agent.

  3. You

    The calls that matter

Anything outside its rules waits for your Go, signed on your phone.

    • Never write to the CRM without the deal owner’s Go on the exact changes.
    • Never email or message a customer.
    • One row per deal; never two.

One item

Start to finish.

  1. Hears

    A customer says something

Dana at Northwind: “Send the order form, we’re ready to sign.”

From sent mail, meetings, call notes or a customer Slack channel.

  2. Compares

    The CRM is behind

HubSpot still says Demo, next step blank

One row per deal that needs work.

  3. Asks

    The deal owner approves

Update 2 deals in HubSpot? → Kasra: Write both

The exact field changes, with the evidence quoted.

  4. Lands

    The record is true

Northwind · Contract sent · next: order form Fri

Updated a deal, and the out-of-date count drops.

Questions

Before you start

Is this an AI agent Steery built?

No. Your own Claude Code, Codex or omp does the work, on your machine and your plan, with the MCP servers and CLIs you already use. Steery is the control plane on top: a mission table your team and agents share, news that wakes your agent, and your Go on the calls that matter. You buy no Day.ai or Attio or any other SaaS for this. It is you, your Claude Code and Steery.

Can AI update HubSpot automatically?

This mission proposes each HubSpot update from email, calls and meetings, and writes it after the deal owner’s Go. It never changes a record without that Go.

Which CRMs does it work with?

Any CRM your agents can reach with their own tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Attio among them.

Does it email customers?

Never. It reads what customers said and keeps your records true. Outreach is a separate mission.

Is it a new CRM?

No. It keeps the CRM you already have accurate. Your team keeps working where it works today.
