The service
Steery relays agent requests and human decisions. The hosted service requires an account. The software is proprietary.
Price
The hosted service is free while in preview. Prices for paid seats will be published here before anything is charged, and nothing is charged until you accept those terms at checkout.
Your account
Protect your credentials and linked accounts. Revoke compromised access in the dashboard. Agent credentials cannot sign human decisions. You must be at least 16.
Acceptable use
Do not use Steery to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to store material you have no right to store. We may suspend an account that does.
Your content
The requests and responses in your workspace are yours. We claim no ownership and use them only to operate the service for you. We do not use them to train models.
Availability and warranty
The hosted service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, and requests may be delayed. Steery is a convenience layer for routing decisions to a person; it is not a security control. Do not rely on it as the only thing standing between an agent and a destructive action.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits. For paid plans, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. The hosted service is currently free, so that amount is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You may request account deletion. Copies already delivered to chat providers remain subject to their policies. We may end service with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breach.
Changes
Material changes update this date and are communicated to affected users.
